These Terms of Service govern your use of digital content purchased from Ploxera. By accessing or downloading a digital product, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before completing a purchase.

1. Nature of Digital Products

Ploxera sells digital products such as templates, design assets, e-books, and downloadable content. No physical items are shipped. All digital products are delivered electronically.

2. Digital Delivery

After successful payment, download links are automatically sent to the email address provided during checkout. Delivery is instant, but delays may occur due to email filtering or technical issues.

3. EU Digital Content Withdrawal Waiver

By purchasing digital content from Ploxera, you explicitly acknowledge and consent that:

Delivery of the digital product begins immediately after purchase, and
You lose your EU right of withdrawal once the digital content has been downloaded or accessed.

This follows Article 16(m) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU.

4. Licensing & Usage Rights

When you purchase a digital product, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal or business use.

You may NOT:

Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share the digital files.
Claim the products as your own original work.
Upload the files to the internet for free or paid distribution.

Commercial usage is permitted unless otherwise specified, provided the digital file itself is not resold or redistributed.

5. Payments

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. By completing a purchase, you authorize Ploxera to charge your selected payment method for the total transaction amount.

6. Refunds

Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy. Because digital goods cannot be returned, refunds are limited to specific cases such as non-delivery, technical issues we cannot resolve, or duplicate purchases.

7. Customer Responsibilities

When purchasing from Ploxera, you agree to:

Provide accurate contact information.
Ensure your device supports the file formats purchased.
Download and store the files securely after purchase.
Not engage in unauthorized distribution of any Ploxera digital content.

8. Intellectual Property

All Ploxera products, branding, and website content are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized copying, sharing, or reselling is prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

Ploxera is not liable for:

Losses resulting from misuse of digital products,
Compatibility issues with your hardware or software, or
Incidental or consequential damages related to your use of our content.

Digital products are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind.

10. Chargebacks

Customers agree to contact Ploxera for support before initiating a chargeback. Most issues can be resolved quickly through our support team. Filing unwarranted chargebacks may result in account restrictions.

11. Modifications to These Terms

Ploxera may update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes become effective once posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
