Thank you for choosing Ploxera. We provide digital products including templates, graphic assets, e-books, and other downloadable content. Because our products are delivered instantly, our refund policy complies with EU digital-content regulations and Stripe requirements.

1. Digital Product Delivery

All purchases are delivered as digital downloads. Once payment is completed, customers receive an instant download link by email.

2. Refund Eligibility

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are generally final. However, refunds may be granted under the following conditions:

• The product was not delivered (you did not receive the download link).
• A technical issue prevents access to the product and we cannot provide a working alternative.
• The product description does not match the delivered item in a significant way.
• Duplicate purchases were made by mistake.

Refunds are NOT granted when:

• The customer has already downloaded or accessed the product.
